50's Plichta Weymss Bovey Blue Spotted Polar Bear Mid Century Bright and happy!Beautiful spotted polar bear blue polka dots with a dash of red around the eyes. The bottom of one of the feet appear to have a line crack but it is underneath you cannot see this when standing.
