50's Style Blouse Pattern - Simplicity 4507 - Women's Blouse Pattern

This is a Simplicity pattern 4507 for a women's blouse. It is marked size 18, bust 36. (Please note that this is vintage sizing. Modern day size 6 approximately.) I can't find a date anywhere, so I'm guessing by the style this pattern is from the 50's (even possibly the 40's). Note: The pattern HAS BEEN cut, but all the pieces and instructions are present. There is definite wear to the envelope. Please see the pictures for details.
