50's or 40's Vintage basket weaved clutch with flowers

I’m not sure when this is from, my guess is the 40’s or 50’s but it could also be the 30’s. This bag is in good condition, it seems to have been used very little. However, it does not close anymore because the little strap is too big. Also, one of the flowers would need to be fixed by mending it. Please consider this if you intend to buy the bag. The item is priced accordingly. Both problems could be mended easily by a professional or by a skilled amateur.
