I know I say Euro Chic a lot, but this is the ultimate!!! Marithe-Francois Girbaud!!! The fabric has a subtle shimmer, high neck line, architectural seeming and spikes on shoulders, cap sleeve, gorgeous darting for a tiny tiny waist, asymmetric hem, large slit on one side, triangular puff at hip on the other, double lined skirt.
