so4reel @meggey22 She was doing alot of TRADING & receiving their items & not sending hers. Someone would order an expensive item from her & she wouldn't send it. They would keep asking "did you send it yet?" "Why wont you send my item?" Sometimes Posh would pay her, it would slip thru the cracks. Members would get refunded, but had to prove that they didnt get the item (but she still got the money.) Posh eventually closed her closet after investigation bkz she got so many people. But she reopened under new name. But she might have changed. She got me last year.

wendy718 @dalion is a scammer paid her 150 for an iPhone and never heard from her again...prior to that i bought a pair of uggs that took forever to get but i gave her the benefit of the doubt & did business with her again since she said she desperately needed the money for her sons bday and i wanted to gift the iPhone to my own stepson...BIG mistake! We communicated via text and email for a while she gave me the run around then stopped responding and deleted her listings....tried calling the number i had for her its a textfree account and today I googled her real name Anette Riggins and found out she's a convicted felon for possession of stolen merchandise.

zeesquam by the way @jayymonroee scammed me out of $47 when i was new to posh, i paid her and she never sent my items and stopped responding to my emails after i called her out on being shady. she's still selling on here so beware. @sparky3 is a huge scammer too, she was buying cheap (both quality and cost) retail items in bulk & marking them up literally 10x their value and quoting them as being basically designer clothes... then she'd give you a nice "deal" if you bundled so you'd think she was this awesome seller giving you a great discount but really it was only because she was making bank regardless. i think she closed her closet but who knows if she'll open another account. be cautious girls! sucks that there are dishonest people like that on here, especially because i will trade if someone wants to & as long as it's fair 😣

I owe that person an apology as I immediately went to her closet and questioned her and told her she was on a scammer post. This whole scamming crap is such a shame. My trading and pp days are over. I have had one buyer who did not like their shorts bc of fit and they were older then she thought... She picked a new top and I sent it Free! How can u people do this!!! I am tagged in the list after U asked @4me if she was reporting me or just trying to alert me. This is an experience that has truly given posh a bad name and I feel sorry for that. You have along list below but I don't know if the list is of scammers or you were just tagging others. Please clarify as I am following a few of them. Thanks for your hard work. I find that the only thing we can do is block n report cause they keep coming back under new names. Sorry to hear of all the bad experiences you ladies have had i always try to be honest and up front about my items. It's just common sense you want your buyers to be happy so they come back right? fashionchicaz I've been lucky to have the most amazing followers and haven't experienced an issue, knock on wood! I had one transaction that was a supposed authentic Dior, wound up being a really good fake but the seller refunded me immediately. I had a buyer who had buyers remorse and return an item with baseless reasoning. Poshmark sided with her which was absurd. I just knew this buyer was trouble. Reduced the price for another posher and she swooped down and grabbed them! Not nice or good etiquette. The person interested purchased them after I received them back and they were thrilled! Idk...crazy! Thanks for the heads up. I saw a lot of people not tagging scammers. I believe there's two sides to every story. Those people should be able to respond if free of malice.

belladior I would like to clarify a few things. I am not a "scammer". If u go on my site and look at my feedback. I've only been in posh about 2 months. One thing I can attest accountability for is being late n that I'm working on. Veronicab states I scammed her. 1. I never received her money nor items 2. I had been moving at the time we made the transaction and yes I made the mistake of entrusting a family member to ship her purchase n they didn't ~ no need to go into details. However I never received her money. I picked several items I liked because I charged 25$ less thinking she would pick which item to send - I like many. That's not a crime. -basically over I think almost 2 wks went by and she canceled because her shipment never shipped. I'm not on here 24/7. If I was a scammer I would not be on here. Period. I have sold inspired pieces till I had then removed from posh- n have used Paypal till I was scammed twice. What I have is 100% authentic and I am liquidating my closet to supplement my income for my two teen boys.. Just want to clarify and if u need confirmation ask these buyers whom I DON'T know personally why they come back and if they liked their purchase @hopper0779 @retailtherapy11 @roxyree @mraymond @mojave @lisilexus @dolvig @saresli81 @sterlinglife3 @sallymander77 @fiorny1 @sexymillionaire @catwoman1972- these are only a few.. Authenticity, ask for phone number. Verify it. Truth rises to the top. And I may have been guilty of being late a lot at first, but I assure u. There's a reason why. norriya Just wanted to add that I truly saddened by people who are liars. I had an unfortunate experience myself. I sold someone some items that put me to shame. I stand behind my products. I don't smoke and being that some of my products aren't this years fashion. I guess my honesty and my trusting of others is sometimes a downfall. I would never sell anyone anything that is gross, yellowed, ripped up,torn, stinky. I expect that same thing. I'm truly glad of the information that others provide about scammers and liars. The satisfaction of all of my purchasers is my priority. Slandering my name and credibility however is awful. I'm not on that list and hopefully nobody ever has to feel that way about me. longca1959 I bought 2 coach wristlets that were a great price but she said they were new but they were stained on the side she didn't post pics of . When I told her I was unhappy she berated me. But the Operative word was NEW and packed them back in the box she sent them in and notified posh mailed them back as soon as I got the mailing label. One girl sold me an Authentic Valentino bag but it was inspired . That one had to be lesson learned. There should be Posh Mark trusted seller / buyer trademark because its out if hand

I sent my VS bra and she claimed the rain ruined it and that it was in terrible condition although I know it was NWOT and in PERFECT condition! karap_03 Alove09 is also a scammer! Block her and delete her and whatever you do NOT sell to her! She buys your item and says it is damaged or that you lied about the description of your listing. She reports a claim so the seller doesn't get their funds and never sends the item back to you!! You lose both the product and your earnings! SO UNFAIR! This made me realize that buyers, not just sellers, can be scammers too. Please report her, ladies!

ipmsdmf @so4reel Just accidentally blocked the wrong set of people 😯 I read all this and ITS happened to me so far 2 times and 1 girl posted on almost 1/4 of my listings after I put up a listing about her scamming me then she blocked me. She deleted the listing and I don't really have much info on our agreement in my closet & snapshots of a few things before she made last nasty post & blocked me, BUT enough to show I'm innocent. I'm afraid I'm being scammed right now for 3 very expensive jeans that were in my closet. We both agreed to ship on Tuesday and I did as posts show BUT she hasn't and she just finally responded to me late last night saying she had broke leg. BUT 3 items that were in my bundle she's STILL trying TO sell! Took the main jean we started out with off of reserve RIGHT after I paid shipping I asked her about it all since Wednesday and it's all still the same And it seems to be getting worse. She still hasn't shipped out and it was a trade. Mine was sent and delivered to her yesterday B4 she finally posted and sd nothig about getting it. I feel like I can't trust any1😶I've always been a avid shopper. I thought it'd be cool & fun to trade & I was told by a girl when I first got on here that we could trade & how to do everything. I feel like there's several people involved in the same scam towards me and trying to attempt more. At 1st I was enjoying myself and felt that I was getting to know people, making friends ect. Now I'm just flat out scared. I didn't know we weren't supposed to use paypal or trade & I've got it boldly posted on my page that I do & RIGHT by my name and can't figure out how to get it off!! I've made a few actual $$ sales in the rest have been trades in the past few weeks. I've only been on here maybe 2 months. I'm confused and need help & want to know who to trust and who not to. What to do & what not to do.. I've mailed out 6 packages since last week & gotten I. 5 of them were trades. What do I do? Should I just close my closet? I've learned from mine & I share wit you guys. Poshmark took off my Original List. It was Bold & you could clearly read it! I don't understand why Posh would bkz I'm helping our members aware of this croaked stuff happening. We are all here to make a few dollars or Buy. No one wants to be cheated outta their belongings. Once you get burned a few times, you will STOP TRADING! That's when it really happens. Or once in a while you mite have multiple orders to mail & there is a Label mixup & someone gets the wrong item. It can be hard to determine sometimes who got what BUT if you complain POSH WILL FIND OUT! My experience I returned to original Member BUT I never got mine. They claim they never got it & I was just refunded my money. I didn't get the item I paid for & wanted but luckily got the money bk. So those things happen & you get burned also. 💥Don't Close your Closet! It's a Fun & sometimes Simple Buying experience with Several/Millions of Members. And you dont have to leave your house to Shop. You can Search for anything & choose who you want to buy from. Just BE CAREFUL of those who PUSH TRADING, wanna trade for NICE EXPENSIVE THINGS!!! And their Closet is unbelievable with GOOD STUFF THAT EVERYONE WANTS & LOOKS FOR.... Especially if theyre Young. They don't have NONE of that!!! Just pictures!! And when you ask them to take a photo of the item on, they can't do it!! Rather its clothes or Shoes or a phone etc. that's another Sign. Watch for photos wit WHITE backgrounds! starrdancerr I just think you really need to check out the persons closet before you buy.. Look at there sales and mb who they sold to and get their feedback.. Just because u get something and just decide you don't like it doesn't mean that person is a scammer.. Be smart , don't trade, only use posh for transactions and if it's too good to be true , it probably is!!

girlrandi Everything happens for a reason... I had a customer that loved one of my most expensive idem's first thing was insist I do Biz through Email.... My inter gut brought me to your closet (never been to your closet) weird how that works. HERES WHAT I HAVE TO OFFER.., if Posh keeps taking down the list.... Witch is quite understandable seeing how posh lays their claws in print on The other method of payment,. then trade is at our own discretion Posh makes no money when we trade. BUT... Bottom line Its stealing! I hate a thief! With that said... If you girls will help I will Pay a professional to set up a FB page we can refer as a alert before doing a trade with someone that purposely intends on not keeping their end of the deal. That way Posh can keep us all doing biz as usual. Posh might have responsibility not letting us put up a list just incase it might be someone trying to sabotage a innocent seller as that happens as well. More and more people scam in more than one way. I can get with a attorney and see what our wrights are in doing something like this as we must keep it real and lawfully abiding. Im thinking then instead of having a list on our Posh page we can come together as Posh sisters with a referral in our closet post that reads check this list before doing business or trade with anyone outside posh. Myself... I don't mind the percent Posh takes when it comes to the percent they take... Posh dose a hell of a job doing what they do sending out invites to parties... ! Its worth the advertising alone and get this, when someone has been scammed I can have a graphic alert sign made that can be passed around that would go on individuals page. The purpose of us using the same graphic becomes familiar directing our customers to the page. If we add a person to the list we must have prove for legal reasons. And for protection so a IP number isn't compromised. Once they shut down your IP you can never use that computer for this purposes or the social media of choice.... Or anything on the site even doing day to day social media. I've had this done to someone before I know how it works as I had a individual make a fictitious page from pure jealousy... I never met the person Its just the way the world is now. Jealous girls compete and can be dishonest... Women empower each other! If this is something you think could be of benefit let me know. girlrandi @so4reel Ok.... Then heres what we need to do.... I'll get with a attorney so it will be in legal language as how it must read. We need too come up with a name for the page. I'm thinking Posh sisters hood. Im just not sure we can use the name Posh yet so if you think of another let me know. I'll need to ask if what name we use. Then I'm pretty sure we can't use the posh logo so we will need a logo. In a trading disclaimer I'll get how we should do a trade... Being the person must sign for a package with that being proof and a tracking number must be a request from esch party if this cost a lil extra could be worth it. I'v never done a trade so not sure how they are done.. How we can check if that person really lives where they say. This would be where ever one sent the package. Really this is considered Fraudulent activity when one person dose a trad then doesn't hold their end of the deal. Once this part is done I'll get a engineer to set up the FB acct. Might can use your alert sign so thats the first thing they see as the profile pic. Lets stay in touch and get something done about this! The nature of having this on our posh acct will let a scammer know they will be put on this list. Once its common seeing it on a poshers page. Anyone that has this on their page a scammer most likely will pass you up. Lets see how this pans out. When doing this kinda thing it might take a bit doing it in a professional manner. shayarmelin Wow. Amazing. I've been scammed a few times but it hasn't stopped me from doing business here. Just for the record trading IS NOT against Poshmark regulations. It's states that in the rules. Posh simply doesn't back up trades like they do sales. Before you trade with someone go to the bottom of their page and read the listings that are marked sold and the amount of $3. That will tell you what type of person you're dealing with. Trust your gut. If something smells shady don't go thru with it. I just had a gal go off on me for canceling a trade like I ruined her life! She had her friend going hard on me too! I simply didn't feel right about it and didn't want to trade with her so I cancelled. They continued to talk to bad about me saying I was rude and inconsiderate and all kinds of stuff. Seems like they were up to something in my opinion. We're all here just to make a few extra bucks and have some fun. Posh wasn't like this when I first started but as it grows the more shady people become. It's sad when you have to resort to stealing used clothes but these scammers are pathetic people. I personally don't like scammer lists because there's two sides to every story and everyone has a different definition of what a scammer is. I've been called a scammer bc the gal didn't like some of the items she received. I offered to take them back at my expense but she refused. You not liking how something fits on you doesn't make the other person a scammer! If you misrepresent something in your listing then yes that's shady! But if someone send you a 2x that runs small it's not their fault you can't fit the item. Although they should have said Runs Small I still don't consider that a scam. Don't buy a pair of $5 boots and get mad there's scuffs on them! That's why they were $5!!!!! Think about it! Just be cautious and read people's listings and read how the interact with their customers! Ask questions! Don't be afraid to ask as many questions as you want to before spending your money! The one thing I look out for is closets that go over board with advertising they trade then you look at their items and they're way over priced or have a higher trade cost than what's listed. Bytches do that so they can come up on trades! They mark all their items super high so they can get more stuff from the other persons closet! I've seen it a thousand times! I got got by this girl who sold me an item for $14 and I kid you not I found the same item at the Dollar Tree a week later. I felt so betrayed! It's ok to buy and resell but marking items up 10x their actual price is ridiculous! I'm a licensed reseller and the standard Mark up is 3x what your coat is. So if you buy something for $10 the most you should sell it for is $30! More than that is just cheating people! Ladies do your research and always be aware. Let's not allow ourselves to become victims! Remember this is all for fun there's no room in Posh for these scamming bytches! And to all you scammers BEWARE! You are stealing from a Person that has your Name and home address! What's to prevent them from showing up at your door ready to box! It's not worth it! Let's play fair and have fun! 💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋

I made an offer on a necklace 8 below asking, she immediately denied, I made another offer $3 below asking and got no response. So, after about 20/30 mins of waiting, I tried to buy it at asking. THEN, I come to find out, she made it ITEM NO LONGER FOR SALE. She didn't respond to my questions or offer. I was told the next day, by her, she decided to put it on ebay...IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR SALE, for more money!!!

I can only think of 2 reasons why Posh would frown upon such a list. ,1:) Obviously they make no $$$ on trades. 2:) liability, a person could just say you were a Scammer for personal reasons. Just do diligence with anyone you deal with. Sadly, My only bad experience was with a Posher who complained and got her $6 back.
