If I have to do a lot of walking but I also have issues sitting so right now I'm mainly stuck in bed at 37. I was at work going on break and fell down ten stairs which has caused disc and joint problems from my tailbone up my spine into my neck and sciatic nerve at this point I an getting cortisone shots then physical therapy but of course there I'd more damage to look into after the cortisone shots so that's the quick version and I followed all procedures my job told me to do to keep it but they fired me last month so I am waiting on unemployment because the workers comp company really has not helped
