Just finished a program called Body For Life..it's unbelievable..proper nutrition exercise..I lost 11% body fat in 12 weeks..I already workout on a regular basis, but never look at food labels..never have..but I was amazed at how bad things are, that I eat. Mt. Dew and Sweet Tea, no mas!! Lol..
