ale5152 @briweems they refund your money as long as you do not accept the item . I just made an accidental purchase and it was. Of 1000 dlls this person was trying to convince me to press accept on the item and she said she would issue a refund of course she can't do that so always contact poshmark right away!

briweems Omgosh. That's crazy. I had someone just say item not as described and that's such a lie. How long do they wait until they release the funds or how long does it take u til they decide. I'm so sorry I hope it works out ASAP

ale5152 @briweems I believe it take 3 days or when you press accept not everyone here is honest. But I always from now on will read their past sold items and comments even though it takes time .. Yes thank god I got my money back I called pm and they returned the call like an hour later ...

briweems @ale5152 may I have there number. I sold an item and she said it was as described which makes me really sad that she says that. And I am waiting on them to have her ship it back to me or release funds. I just want to know how long they take to decide on what they are going to do

katlynn93 @ale5152 I was just ripped off also. I received a Designer purse with extremely messed up handles stitching coming out everywhere and yet the ad said "no stains tears or issues" yeah right if I were to carry it, I know it would've fell apart! She false advertised. I'm getting my refund today because I sent it back. I went through PayPal thank goodness. I'm about to stop using PM 😒

ale5152 @mcontreras86 now I ve heard that there Are hackers here when you give them your email I would just be very careful but I like paypal but if your new to paypal they hold your money for 21 days unless you add your bank acct

makmommy I'm confused. I was told not to use PP because there is nothin PM can do if someone takes my money and not ship the item. Is there a way I can protect my self and use PP?

selegnejanine @makmommy yes there is if someone dosent send u the package u can go to the resolution center and open a case if the person dosent provide a tracking # in certain day u will get ur money back if not u will have to wait a lil longer for them to check the transaction 😊
