ttalkin @anneykh No Hun, unless you mean what we call 'ready made readers' which are really just offering some magnification. I do have a few of those. Otherwise it's against the law to just sell glasses with prescription lenses in them, without having a written Rx for THAT person. Plus there are other measurements needed from THAT persons eyes, to make lenses for them properly. :-))

ttalkin @kimmietrinh (smile) Yes, we have branded frames for women, although many of the most well-known brands I have sold out of. But all of the manufacturers who make these brands, have many other lines of the same quality, just more affordable without the name attached. I have many of these left. It's actually easier to email me (at InStyleFrames@gmail.com) and give me an idea of the 'look' you are interested in, I can see what I have and email you pictures back to see what you think!

ttalkin @kimmietrinh 😊 And just so you'll know hun, while I have sold out of almost all of these brands, otherwise I would not be selling brand new frames for this cheap-it isn't a case of me 'buying' something at the store and then not liking it - this is like me (the store) selling my product for below my cost out the back door.....sorta! 😀 But just so you'll know, some of the brands I did carry, were Kenneth Cole, Valentino, Juicy Couture, BC/BG MaxAzria, Max Mara, Norma Kamali, Guess, Sketchers, Timberland, Vera Bradley, Thierry Mugler, Elle, Esprit, Diva and many other lines. And I have many other lines available that were made by these manufacturers, maybe just one step down from these designers and not as well known, except in the Optical community.

It's easiest if you email me @ InStyleFrames@gmail.com, so we can send pictures back and forth. Then once we've chosen the one you like, I can post it and you can buy it. Doing that with someone else right now! I just have so many, it would take me so long to post them all. Trying to do a few every chance I get.

ttalkin @carenlovesgucci 😊 Thanks Caren!! It WAS costly, but luckily (and it's how things work sometimes) when the community heard we were going ahead and 'retiring' we had a five week avalanche of people who wanted to get our good, quality eyewear before we were gone. 😍 It was very complimentary and we did 'feel the love.' Lol! And we worked until 11 or 12 at night that whole last month to get all the glasses ready!! We sold more lenses than frames thru that though, so we had quite a few left to sell. Our goal now is to get back a little of what we paid for it and bless as many people as we can in the process. I live in central Florida and I have Frame Parties all the time where people try on and choose. If there is something specific you are looking for, let me know. I may still have something!!!😋

ttalkin @jennymarq98 Yay!! Jenny, you are the exact kind of person I'm looking for. It's so much easier to choose a great frame after you've tried on others and have an idea of what you like! It's easy to get lenses put in, just like your optical can put lenses in your 'old' frame you've been wearing (like sometimes when someone's prescription changes faster than normal), they can put them in any frame you bring in. Just let them know you ran across a great deal at a 'closing optical' on a couple frames, and want to get extra pairs with your prescription put in them. Or if for any reason you want to go somewhere different than your first place, you can do one of two things. You can request copy of your Rx's from your doctor (the FTC has made it mandatory for professionals to give you your Rx). Or Optical professionals can 'duplicate' your prescription (and take it) from your lenses. Either way works. 😊 There's some tips to find the best frames for your girls (I'd like pics of them looking straight at the camera, with and without glasses, plus if they have an idea of what they like) email me at instyleframes@gmail.com and we'll talk!! Then when we find the ones you really like, I'll post them together and you can get them. Look forward to hearing from you. 😊

I have decided to open back up as a Mobile Optical (so many of our clients have had problems with the places they went), but we are only going to focus on making prescription eyewear, where you need a written Rx. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

ttalkin @lindz13 Thank you Lindsey, that was always one of my favorite parts of my job (and still is) --- picking out frames! Helping people to LOOK GOOD thrills me. Sizes are not 'set in stone' as you have several millimeters of 'play' room, and it can often be affected by the design of the frame. There is so much that goes into sizing (and effect) that consumers don't understand, that I don't think anybody should choose a frame (online or in person) without an experts guidance. We can tell you so much to help you make your decision! So far every person I've helped online has been very happy (see some comments after pink box), but it is much easier to type & explain, as well as exchange pictures, via email. If you are truly interested, send me one to InStyleFrames@gmail.com and let me know what you like. I'll ask a few things of you, and we will see what we can find!! lkmanning @ttalkin can we say perfect timing!!! Woohoo we just got our family eye exams last week for 4 and now we are off to find the perfect pair of glasses. The eye exam is the easy part, finding glasses that everyone likes at the same location is a bit challenging. Good thing, 4 of us are in contacts so we really don't need anything that will be difficult except for the one that has to have bifocals oh and the one that we didn't put back in contacts this year. If I remember correctly with the bifocals, I believe one time last year when we were checking out the stores they said we would need a little bit thicker frame on the bottom where the lens set instead of doing the no frame on the bottom. I will shoot you an email so we can get our wheels going and maybe getting some glasses purchased in the near future.
