szietz @chetty1973 ~ they don't say but they are like a hard flexible rubber with a slightly rough grip feel to them. But the inside is a soft like felt material.

szietz @sprgdgrl ~ in all honesty they may slide off. Her feet look tiny! The little pink ones I have would fit her much better. They have big Velcro straps and would tighten down around her upper leg to keep them on. These are wider.
