@lucyc I am currently not at home but I can post more pics tomorrow! I bought this from the north face website in January and it was just to big for my boyfriend. :( it has only been worn once and is in great shape!! It is brand spanking new. It has a hood and is very warm! It is a 3x in men's.

I went to return it & the shipping has to be payed first. If it hade not been delivered u rite it would've came back to u! You sent it with a one way shipping label which is the way things are normally sent. It was gonna be rite @ $11.00 to ship it back

Honestly because of the problems we have hade lately with loosing so much money. Due to scammers ( not talking about you)! Then PM has hade 17 hundred dollars of our money tied up since Feb 13th. Today was the 1st time they have even attempted to get in touch with me about it. My husband said he was just tired of loosing money. We have our own business & we faithfully use PayPal. They will protect you. Once you have been with them as a business making them money. Starting off they may help you & they may not. He hade found a size 4X on eBay but didnt buy it because I told him I hade finally found one. So he didnt go in & do the buy it now. Of course its gone. You no when we were communicating back & forth to start with . I told you I wore like a 26/28 from Lane Bryant. Your. Reply was I wear a 22/24 & it's a little big on me . Was the 3X a typical error are how did that come about being the wrong size? To be honest with you I'm really upset. My trip is this coming week & I could've found one by now to have taken with me. Now it's to late!

Okay the accusations of the running around and around and the drama really Iced the cake with me! Because of you right now doing with ever you did about wrong size
I did not bother to get the other one and now it's time for Yearly trip & I don't have one & don't even have time to even see about another one. With you being new to PayPal you can take out your funds close the account and There i will be stuck without nothing. You have already listed the jacket at the wrong size to start with! How am i to
know that you won't do that with your account! You have to look at it from my point of the view as well . After getting advised from PP once u completly refund my money minus the $11.00. I will ship your jacket back the same day with tracking # that I will forward to u the same day. Because If for some reason you don't get it You can go rite in to PayPal and get your money right back! I've been with them 4 plus years! Just let me no what u decide?
