oksana114 @chittybumbum you deff can fix it in any decent jewerly store. Even Zales. Lol. With authentity harder. Chanel boutiques do not offer authentication even if you pay. So best bet to google it and get independent rep. They charge between 60-350 (depends) and they do it certified. Hope I helped.
