Vintage Red Velvet 40's Cigarette Girl Dress

This dress is in excellent condition. It is from the 1940's but it appears to be homemade. But very well made! With ruching on the puffed sleeves and a cute cinched low cut neckline. It is made of a super soft red velvet. The bust is 36" but is not made to fit tightly so probably better for a 34". The waist is 28". The length from shoulder to hem is 33".
