libra_rising @j1gallagher it's very stretchy so def not...it's short on me which is why I'm selling so it may be small on you depending on your height:) I have a long torso which is my problem w short dresses and skirts...I impulse but thinking I can wear them try them on and then I'm like oh yeah...lol

libra_rising @j1gallagher oh lol I misunderstood your question it would fit a small depending on your height like if you look at my last comment it also has a tie in the back to make it tighter and it a tie halter so you can adjust it that way as well...so I think it would probably fit a small as long as you're not toooo small lol like what number size do you normally wear?? If I know that then I can give you a more definite answer...
