Brand new, will fit a 4-8. The tag says large, but it fits a medium better. Super gorgeous color, ruffled pockets and trim is very lady like and elegant. I paid over $150 for it at a local boutique, and I never got to wear it. My loss is your gain. Measuring: Bust 38in, waist 32in, back to hem 33 inches, shoulders 14in.
