Very hard to get clear pics of, sorry. Adjustable straps, ribbon under the bustline that ties into a bow in the center. 95% cotton and 5% lycra spandex so there is some stretch to the fabric. Skirt has a "V" herringbone pattern that meets in the center seam. Armpit to armpit 16", waist side to side 14", shoulder to hem 32". All measurements without stretching.
