We are 4 women in the Baltimore/DC area who enjoy fashion; therefore, we have listed items from our individual collections in addition to consignments that we handle. Our closet reflects our varied fashion tastes as well as our varied ages (50s-30s). We consign on behalf on nonprofits doing fundraising as well as for people downsizing. myreflections @generalbueno Hi, I never read this thread. Good for you for doing something so generous and creative to help others .There are sooo many out there that can use the assistance. When I first started on Posh a few months ago( I think )😊😊 I was considering giving a percentage to either the Epilepsy Foundation as its a big challenge for me and soo much tougher for many others, Or to a couple of other charities that are soo incredible like one that builds wells for water in Africa. Our church has helped put in many, and Heifer International that has become our family Christmas presents to friends and family. It's an amazing foundation if you haven't heard of it where you can get goats , cows, chickens , etc for families and it helps them have a sustainable income or food source. Anyway, I'm babbling , just want to thank you for what you do💝. Have an awesome day, Sal

hauteandcold There is an app called photo measures that may help you. You add measurements to photos. There was a free version which I upgraded for $1.99. It might be great for adding the size instead of a big old measuring tape. I use it on most of my listings. Just my 2 cents.

We are all women and we are consignors; sometimes we consign for friends/family/ or our personal items, but we also consign items for people who need to downsize or people who don't realize how much financial capital they have tied up in unused merchandise as they attempt to make career changes or start their own businesses. In addition, 2 of my partners are mother and daughter and they run a separate non-profit, assisting women who are dedicated to resetting their lives post prison. So, through this organization we donate a portion of all sales proceeds to the non-profit's work and on the non-profit side we also receive donations of clothing, jewelry, etc...which can sometimes be consigned to cover programming expenses or is donated directly to women in need...that's pretty much it.😃 Thanks for stopping by and sharing, Bryn
