dent0818 @lachellm so glad you joined Poshmark!!! You will love it. This posher posted so helpful tools to use when making your first sale/trade. Also when carefully buying something. Try not to do email sales or trades only thru Poshmark shipping. I learned the hard way. If you trade or buy an expensive item and get a shitty thing in return Poshmark people can't track it or help if you exchange addresses. Be cautious and ask questions. dent0818 @leagali thanks for the info. Great stuff for new people. I wish I never traded some people especially through emails. I got ripped 2x. Now I'm trying to trade someone and I already paid my $7 and she has yet to pay hers and I can't retract my $6.99 grrrr I learned my lesson. Always ask questions and only do business with posh No Paypal and no emails.

leagali @baker72360 the buyer has I believe3 days to accept. I always ask them on a post "did you get the item" sometimes they are new and forget to accept. Sometimes they don't accept if they might want to return it. If no issues posh releases the funds to you after 3 days. I'll check on the time frame for you.

leagali @tinang223 Ive done transactions tru pp before due to the shipping costs here. Always read tru past postings from the person you are buying tru pp. if its a big amount its almost better to go tru Posh due to security you can return the item if not as described. Dont worry im sure youll get ur items😃😃

megantron1000 thanks for the tips! Wondering...my second sale was a bust. I had taken a pic of my husband's RayBans, and was actually selling them. Not the ones I had intended. Then couldn't locate mine. Cancelled the sale, but I think any hopeful buyers see details of my debacle, and aren't willing to give me a chance. Possible? And how do I fix bad rep... if I have one??

leagali @carrollmeg hi Megan. Yikes! That has almost happened to me and I panicked i went crazy until i found the item. I was so afraid of the bad reputation. Now i put all the items i have in Posh in a separate room/ box that way i can find quickly to send it. Regarding fixing bad rep. I have read other post were something similar happens and a sincere explanation of what happen usually helps. Then again you can get some mean people that no matter what you say they wont understand. Dont take it too personal there ar e thousands of understanding sellers here in posh. Specially if something similar happens to you as a seller. The other thing i would do i you are worried about people reading the post IS TO JUST. DELETE the post. If you find your item just repost it. If a person is mean and nasty just BLOCK them. Just my two cents. 😃

leagali @carrollmeg i just read your transaction. It semed like an honest mistake. Remember to share your items during the parties and also follow people. When you do, people usually look at your closet and buy items. If you don't follow you have very little people looking at your stuff. That might be why you r not having that many sells not bcz of that other transaction. Hope it help good night.

leagali @ari_loveexx what do you mean? Also when you have a question tag the person if not they will not know you asked a question. @aracizzleee. When I reserv something for a person i just adjust the price to a really high price do people don't buy it. Sometimes the listing says reserv in yellow that means a person is in the process of buying it. You wount know who that is unless they actually buy it.

leagali @vikoch hi Irina. Remember that in order to share your items it has to be while the party is happening. I believe there are 3-4 parties daily that last 1-2hrs only. if you try to share your items other than when the party is happening you can still share but it will only be shared with your followers.

leagali @slkrone Hi Staci. About selling. Sometimes is just timing it took my a little while to sell then it started. You have cute stuff the only thing I would do is re take some pictures using day light. Some of my pictures I need to retake but it's time consuming and at times it can get overwhelmed. So I try to retake on lazy days. The lavender top you have is super cute but the picture seems a little blurry and it might now show it's true beauty. Also search for similar items and compare your prices to make sure you are not under or over pricing. I've share some of your items to help you with exposure. I'm by no means a professional but I had lots if questions when I started and some ladies helped me out. 😉 also the more followers you have the more exposure. But it takes time to get there. I almost had to follow 20k to get tons of people to follow me. the more people that follow you the more exposure. Hope it helps. 🍃🍃🍃🍃

leagali @sdshopper hello. First if all I hope your abuelita gets better💓. Regarding your closet. Wow I can tell you really spend time on your posts. That is great. I wish I had more time to be as creative. Please by no means I'm not a pro. Just some advice but is up to you. Try to share your items on the late parties so that your sold items routate to the bottom this way some of your items are not left behind. Sometimes if you see several sold items I assume that the rest below are sold and I stop scrounging down. Second delete any old advertising posts. Or refresh them. So if you have post announcing a sale or just for advertising be selective. Too many advertising post can be overwhelming and might be too much for the eyes making the seller just move to another closet. I'll share some of your items for you. 😉😉 hope this helped.

lavieboheme Absolutely! Great post! Love ur closet. :) <3 my suggestion is to check in on something you want to purchase before you buy it by asking the buyer available? In the comment section. Then u know if they are a working posher or if they just posted a bunch of stuff and abandoned poshmark. Also dont post anything u aren't 100% sure you want to sell!!! I had someone rescind on a sale cuz she decided to change her mind and keep the item :( another good way to get sales is if u have an item with a lot of likes, drop the price a little and tag the people who liked it in a comment so they know it went down. and if u see another item similar to yours on another poshers closet that is sold, follow all the people that liked that item cuz you know they may be interested in something similar. thats targeted advertising. Like i have some vintage and antique hats which are very niche, so i try to target other people that like similar stuff. Plus if you have a lot of a certain brand, look up that brand in the feed because there will be likes on those similar items so u can tell say if u post VS stuff look up VS click on some listings and follow the people that like VS stuff. the more followers the better! The more targeted to your merch the better! thanks for all the tips loves! Good luck my fellow poshers!

leagali @vintagarama hi you can't see their history unles they post their sales stats. I sort their items by unavailable or sold and read the sold transactions to see how those went. That tells me lots about the seller.

When " tagging" a person with a questions don't forget to add the @ " infrint of their name so that they get notified you are asking a question. I just noticed it now 😉. To answer your question. Go to " edit profile" on top of your page next to your picture. There you can add words after your name.

When you do @leagali I get a notification that some mentioned my name and I just click on the notification and it'll take me to your post. Hope it helps.

annielaurieshop Hi kind of new to Poshmark, I don't fully understand the bundle. I see how it works as far as marking in your own closet. When you see someone has bundled how do you follow thru? I acknowledge the bundle but am I suppose to do something else,or wait till they purchase? Also if I drop the price so they get good mailing rate, how do I make any money??? I'm confused! Clearly!

leagali @annielaurieshop sometimes people bundle but are not thinking of buying right away. I don't like to pressure of they are serious buyers they will but if they are really interested. I only negotiate if they use the offer button otherwise they sometimes waste your time and don't buy. I lower my items once in a while and when I do anyone that click LIKE on it they get notified. If I lower enough it automatically lowers the shipping and again all my likes get notified. Hope this helps.
