I bought this at Nordstrom in the bp. section. It isn't bad quality like some other stores would sell. It has two pockets, one on each side. The elastic looks small but it stretches well. It's a very cute skirt. I only wore it a few times. It is good quality and isn't too thin or two heavy. It feels good on the body. You can tell it isn't cheap.
