My precious little Lola of almost 18years departed our world early this morning. She went peacefully but i t took her 2 days. She slept on my chest those 2 days…she had been my sweet baby. Kids are all grown…it’s so easy for little dogs become our babies…all our pups were family When I found her, that second I saw her, I knew that puppy was mine. From that day forward she was my runnin Buddy…my travel companion. The little love wanted to be in my lap constantly. Always wanted to be with me ❤️ So, Husband was asleep, it was just she and I when she gently left this world. No pain…no trauma….just me telling her it was ok to go. I know I will see her again…until then I will shed many tears for that precious little spit fire, easy traveler, the windshield wiper killer, the begger for everything I ate, the one who wanted to be with me at all time and sought all my attention. How do I/we ever get over this? She had been a great friend, my baby for a very long time. A tiny little bundle of joy I called my little Lola, my durl baby or Dodie… for some reason 🤷‍♀️. I miss her terribly!😎❤️

lalalalola@chattiecathy I'm so glad you saved him. So sweet. My little Lola is about 8 years old and is having heart failure. Makes me so sad. She is in medication, which helps, but it her stomach gets bloated and hard. Gives her intestinal trouble. I hate it for her. She's tiny...5.5 lbs. she should be 3 but she's heavy right. I can't over exert her. She sleeps with me every night and always has. She goes with me almost everywhere. I went to Paris last April for 10 with my parents...I was gone a total of 2 weeks. She grieved so bad she almost died. She loves everyone, but she is my pup and she knows it. Last year I was sick for about six months. Thyroid and diabetes (type 2), anyway, she was sick with me. When I finally got it all under control she got better too. Her heart failure some from an enlarged heart. Poor breeding they say. Not my Lola. Haha. I love this little dog so much, it's nuts. Lol. Please do post a pic of yours.... I want to see.

chattiecathy💗💕 They give sooo much love! I had a little one pass on Christmas Day. She was my first Chihuahua! I swear I could have given birth to that little cutie! Lol, it's crazy how close we were!! People even said we looked and acted like each other, ha! Lexie was with me for 14 yrs. I knew she wouldn't be with me much longer, because when I found out I had cancer, she was diagnosed with cancer too! Crazy! Christmas Day I knew she wasn't doing well, I had to hold her up to go potty and she was disoriented. Her little legs and body seemed cold to me that day. I was tired so I decided to take a nap. I had her next to me to keep her warm, fell asleep and when I woke up 30 min later she passed. I can't tell you how hard I cried, it was awful! Being Christmas Day I couldn't take her in till Monday. My other baby Dalia (shihtzu) grieved too! They were best buds! My best friend in Dallas took care of her cremation for me as a gift. She knew how close we were, and with my money situation, I couldn't afford the extra expense and the ground was too hard to bury her. Anyway, so much to write...ha...I'm too chattie on here! I'll post a pic of Lexie! I'll also post one of Diego. If he lets me, ha, I've had him 2 weeks. 💗 Praying for your sweet Lola! 💕

She sleeps right next to my body every night. How sweet that she was right with you when she passed tho. How sweet your friend was to take care of the cremation for you. I am so NOT ready to be without my lil Lola. She is my travel partner...my day companion...such a little love. She's been our baby. Crazy but true. I know YOU know what I mean. I hope this Diego bring you great joy as Lexie did. Lola is my first Chi as well. I don't know if I'll be able to have another pet after her....ugh....can't even think that way. Is Diego small. What about lex...was she small?

Plus I have 2 little dogs and 1 lg dog. Ugh. I love them tho. Buddy, our Boxer is such a lover. He's an awesome dog. He found us almost 2 years ago. He was starving and really kinda sick. He was all head. He had been hurt and was healing. It was so sad. We couldn't let him suffer...he's now ours and is healthy healthy healthy. He's now neutered and chipped. We love him. Then we have Lola and Sophie. Lola is my little bit of a pup and Sophie is heathers. She will take her pretty soon. She become pretty attached to us so heather wants me to bring her to San Antonio instead of her stealing her away from us. Lol. My lil Lola is 8 yrs old and has been my travel buddy. She goes with me on every trip I make. Road trip, that is. We may have to go to China for a month....for my husbands job...I don't know how Lola will do without me. She'll have to go stay with heather or my mom. When I have went to Paris she tried to die. Lol. She wouldn't eat much and just became so depressed. It was so sad. When I got home, she was herself again. She sleeps with me every night. My man doesn't love that. Haha. She's tiny tho. Ok...I just hit the hay. Talk to u later...enjoy your home for now. lalalalola@jenijenisand hi my sweet missed friend. We are so far west we've had no rain. My parents are in sugar land, 52 inches there. Beautiful home has some roof leaks, gorgeously groomed yards are horrible mess...300 year old pecan trees uprooted, but no water in the house.

lalalalola@jenijenisand My brothers' best friend has lost everything. House in full of water, cars under water, he's very wealthy and will recover over a period of time. It's all those ppl who don't have a money tree and insurance that will be so devastated. So so sad. Most everyone we know are on higher ground and doing well, thankfully.
