@shell1977 -I'm a 14 and they're too small for me. The inseam is 32". The rise is 9". They're small for me in the thigh area. LMK if these will work for you!

@dann1874 -the inseam is 32" and the rise is 9". I don't think they are low...but I can't wear them so I can't tell you or sure. Hope this helps!
