@eclecticnista i have a question, is it okay to is it against Posh's law to buy from Posh and resell on Posh too with a profit? For example, if i bought a pair of Uggs for $80 excellent condition almost unused. Normally $235 Bought during summer from a lady who just realized she did not see herself wearing uggs anymore. And so I sold them to a posher who was very happy buying them for $155. Then she comments on me after a few days saying she saw the posher that sold the uggs to me for $80 and she feels jipped that i sold them with that big of a mark up while they were only really $80. Im confused and I don't know if i broke a law there since she was happy and very thankful for how new and nice the shoes were until she found out I had bought them from another posher for so much less. Please advice.

@annasalcedo I would say, I don't think you broke any laws. Once you purchase something, it's yours. If you decided you didn't want them or like them, I don't think there is nothing wrong with reselling. Posh is a place to resell previously owned or new items. You purchased during the summer, which is off season for Uggs and now it's the appropriate season. She will have to be alright! Maybe the Posher you purchased from didn't care about how much she sold them for?

@eclecticnista she just said(seller) she didn't see herself wearing UGGs anymore and that her loss is my gain because they were gorgeous and look brandnew which was all true. The only flaw was, the box was flattened because of shipment I'm guessing. Also, I priced it up so high at $155 because Poshers always like to haggle. I like to haggle too but she saw that the boots were really gorgeous and new and didn't even bother to haggle the price and bought them anyway. I even said i couldve given her an extra $10-15 off thru paypal. Then the boots gets delivered to her and she was very happy until I guess, she did her own research and checked thru the sold ugg items and found out they were sold to me for $80. Now she's saying That she feels as if I'm being dishonest and I jipped her $70 because I should've sold her the boota for what I bought them for and still would've gotten my money back😔

@annasalcedo I understand why you sold them for a $155, which was your choice. It was her choice to buy them and now she complaining about being jipped. Why was she investigating about the uggs? There's nothing you can do about it now. People resell items all the time on here, due to size, style or buyer's remorse.

Because i started worrying abt most of the things in my closet that i bought from nordtrom or macys for cheap during off season the I make a mark up of atleast a 100% but still it's 100-50% off the original price. If the buyers find out, am i gona be told i goy jipped too? And i emailed posh asking for an answer but they've been busy i guess since they have not replied so I looked for a posher who has a looot of listings that might know about these things. Thank you so much for your time.
