ropicado @iysh It's very helpful the information that you are giving between Fake and Authentic Louboutins. This picture from eBay plus more information could be an outstanding post to share. We are here to help each other from scammers, and support closets from honest Poshers. A few more that can be found in google and You Tube: Authentic CB -The sole is concave in the borders not completely flat. -They have a very detail and perfect stitching -The High heels are perfectly shape (straight). -The dust bags are in a deep red with the logo in the center from east to west. -The boxes are made with hard and silky cardboard. -The spare heels comes also in a felt/cotton mini dust bag not in plastic.

ropicado @megandenise You mention a very important thing also about the seller,in Posh you can report a scammer or a fake item sold, they can close a closet. Also we can check the rest of the items they sell, one little thing sell as a replica or "inspired" makes me doubt, eventhough they announce it. Check the seller transactions and buyers, how happy they are when they received it. The wrapping, the friendships. We built friendships. Most of the time we take a picture of the scammer closet if a bad experience happened and share it with others. I encourage you to do so @iysh with the person that sold your fake Louboutins...HORRIBLE. I love mines, bought them only at Neiman Marcus or CL boutiques. @koko65 I know yours are authentic because I have the same pair, that's the reason I mention that was a gorgeous collection, actually from 2008. Plus I know you as a seller and as a buyer. The items I bought from you are perfect, a very generous and honest Posher. Other thing to look is if the seller do PP a lot of people accept it and most of the scammers take advantage of that. PoshMark doesn't support those transactions. I can always share and support new closets, Posh is a beautiful place that we all enjoy. I'll share yours too. Have a great day! 

enigma I have NEVER condoned fakes or Replicas! Now, I must throw this up here..Logos and tags DO change over time!! While CL's and Léger dresses have become very popular over the last 6 years, THESE companies DID exist before they became more 'mainstream' and while all of the 'fake' and 'replica' research helps, one must always keep in mind, that most of these helpful posts deal with current and recently past years, and not earlier collections. I had a 'hmm helpful'' replica helper make numerous uneducated and incorrect comments on an item of mine, because she was unfortunately ignorant to the history of a famous Design House.

I really prefer not to..I feel it is uncouth to comment on other people's listings with my opinion of whether or not something may or may not be a replica..If you believe there is anything wrong, then perhaps it's best you don't get them, and report as faux. iysh @lizzzzie if you add the @ symbol before the ID that tags the person ;) honestly, if your gut is telling you they are fake, they probably are, my personal opinion?I'm by no means an expert, but with my experience with these shoes, I think they are fake. Don't accept them, posh will investigate and send you a shipping label to send back. Once the shoes are returned PM will credit your money. Always go with your gut 😉

jazzinez I called two people out yesterday because they were selling fake shoes and I was like ladies no need for the anger. I was like look at the bottom of your shoes they have stamps their not real and one girl was like well I didn't no I was like really you did and your a scam artist!

iysh @jazzinez oh don't get me wrong, the stamp doesn't mean it's fake, some of the authentic shoes, depending on year and place they were made does have that stamp. It's not the stamp you look for, it's the color and the finishing. Shouldn't be dull like the picture.

chanikac @iysh Thanks for posting this! I'm new to PM and learning that a lot of sellers are not only passing off fakes but many are blatant enough to break PM rules. They are not supposed to sell fakes or "inspired" items. BTW, I love the incorrect use of the word inspired. They aren't supposed to offer PayPal or any other offline transaction. PM is starting to crack down on this stuff, so sellers doing it should beware. These designers can sue them. Bottom line fakes are illegal and against PM too. Buyers must take responsibility as well. They are just as guilty of violations if they knowingly purchase a fake or "inspired" item. Just giving a few words of advice. It's not worth losing your closet on PM and more importantly its not worth the legal trouble. I'm not an attorney yet, but I know that they are risking huge fines, legal fees and possible jail time. Yes, it's that serious. Shop and sell wisely. Happy Poshing!!

morgan415 Love this helpful post! I comment on replica listings too and sellers always get really upset with me, but when they lie to buyers I can't help but keep them from scamming someone! If people are honest in the listing and say they are fake, I don't mind (I don't buy replicas but I know some people do), but when sellers lie about it repeatedly after being told they are fake it really upsets me. They tells I'm rude but personally I think someone trying to scam people is the rude one!

As far as I have googled I did not find ANY CL sandals with a black insole they all seem to be Beige. I also cannot find the same sandal anywhere and it also has a Vero Cuoio stamp...so IF they were real they would be pretty old... Anything helps..thanks! ✌
