pinkcupcake3 They now have holograms that are almost identical. I'm my opinion, buy from an authorized dealer or do some serious research!!!! It is illegal to buy and sell "inspired" handbags! At least the seller can be honest and say its not real! Some people are unbelievable!!!!!

robynbyrd There are sites that will authenticate from photos for you too for a small fee. You can ask the seller for specific photos that they need and have them place it on hold for you while you authenticate.

robynbyrd And since this photo is of sunglasses- chanel sunglasses have serial numbers etched into the lens. Have the seller shine a flashlight into side edge of lens if necessary and photograph it.

aerial1lauren Yes, thank you for all the info. The sunglasses one was great too! On M a few weeks ago There were a couple bags with the CC backward! I don't mind buying a fake but I at least want a good fake! I googled this subject it also said something about a bag that's being sold that isn't even a bag Chanel makes/ not an imitation. It sells for 4,500. This makes me wonder if 99% of the bags are fakes?

aerial1lauren I have also been wondering about Chanel Make up being sold ..I don't understand why anyone would buy here in most cases. The prices are the same ( after adding in shipping) as buying from the Chanel counter. Maybe you save a dollar or two but why not order from Chanel.com like I do. They deliver the next day. I ordered late one night and my Chanel order arrived before noon. It comes in the nice box that you see people selling and 2 samples. Why would anyone buy a box they get for free?
