poshpanda @insolar Hello. What more could I have done to make you happy and leave a 5 star rating as opposed to 4 for the Zara sandals? The worn condition obviously has wear/stain/scratch/etc as any worn footwear has. Prior to packing I wiped them clean, wrapped them individually in new tissue paper and placed them in box with more tissue paper. I couldn’t accept your $10 offer but I gave you a reasonable discount. If you are unhappy feel free to return them and I would happily submit a refund.
