The information in this book changed my world immensely! I highly recommend you buy it, (look for it on half.com), or at least check it out from the library!! It's important that you read about what counteracts the guaifenesin, & who is not a good fit for this treatment. I have lived with intense pain for as long as I can remember, which worsened after I began cleaning homes. I could barely move, crying out every time I had to stand. Some brands don't work, so try until you find one that does!

krenee79 @xoxo73 @kellygirltx Feel free to tag anyone you know who even SUSPECTS they have fibromyalgia!!! They could try this remedy, and if it does not work, it would rule out fibro & allow them to be one step closer to having answers! If it does help, they won't have a fibro diagnosis on record to cause problems with insurance down the road! I promise, ladies, this has helped me so much. I can't afford the actual mucinex, so I get the generic brand at sam's club & take it 3 times a day to equal the dose. It works wonders! I had to buy a box of mucinex once, and did notice that it was not as effective, but that is just my personal experience. If I miss a dose, I hurt later. I ran out & wasn't able to buy more for about a week, and was in agony. 24 hours after resuming the guaifenesin, my pain was almost completely gone, again. Try it, and let me know if it works for you! ❤👍👏☺

kellygirltx Wow! Thank You! I just found this book for a penny. Will def read. Fibro is not my only problem though,..so with my other meds, I can't take G regularly like that. I believe there is something in our diets today that is making Fibro a rampant widespread problem now. Im currently trying the caveman diet to get back to basic foods. ? Sighh, I never saw my life taking a turn to face serious PAIN every hour of my life for 18+yrs now. Im surprised Im still here. ;))

krenee79 @kellygirltx The main thing I know that neutralizes guaifenesin is aspirin. The woman who blessed me with this is a physician's assistant who suffers from it, herself, and her husband, a dr, wanted her to be able to have a natural alternative to the muscle relaxers they put her on. Unfortunately, she has had a stroke in the past, and has to take an aspirin a day. It doesn't create any bad side effects, just negates the help from the guaifenesin, making it pointless to take it. There are a few other things that do the same thing to the guaifenesin, all covered in the book. I also take a pomegranate supplement made by SABA, the same company I buy my ACE from. Taking the ACE daily gives me the energy I need to move every day, which I noticed keeps me from hurting as much, too. If I sit too long, the pain can attack! Have you tried juicing? I know that Vitamix sometimes offers their machine for a huge discount to those with medical problems that can be helped by making drinks and food as natural as possible! Worth a shot, right?!

kellygirltx I take Sublingual B12 (2500mcg) tabs and I can't see myself without these. They changed my life in the way of Energy. I was struggling terribly & a RN Prac recommended these instead of the regular Super B Complex that I was taking. They didnt help, by the time my body breaks it down + my meds cancel out alot of vita/min in my body. These were a godsend. My whole family, Hubby, parents, dd are all taking these now. Huge difference. ;-))

courtneyrenaexo @krenee79 it's ok at better understanding than most people! lol. I've adjusted like we all do and made do with the card God threw my way. I try to look at it in a positive way and remember that it has a purpose & that he wouldn't give me anything I couldn't handle. ☺

nonnie1211 😱Oops I posted too fast. Anyway thank you so much for sharing this book👏👍. I'm sure a lot of people appreciated it as I do. I have Fibro too and I'm getting together a group of fellow "Fibrolites" with this very special, wonderful lady I met here on Posh. It has been a godsend to me to have someone to talk to who understands, because if you don't have it you don't know. She and I are putting together a support group (official we hope) so others don't have to suffer with this alone. I have written several lengthy comments about this I need to learn how to tag people that would be so much easier. Anyway if you're interested email me at bonbonsdesigns@aol.com and leave your name and phone number so I can get in touch.💖

krenee79 @mommylicious3 I read about your battle with this nasty disease & want you to read this. Also know you do not have to be alone! Check the above comments to connect with other amazing women, and you can always chat with me. Email me at karenhasace@gmail.com anytime, even if just to vent! See if you can try the help mentioned in this book, because when I ran out for two weeks, I could not even turn over in bed without crying from the pain! Mind you, I gave birth to all 5 of my kids with no epidural and only pain meds with the 1st, and two of them were with pitocin, so my pain tolerance is extremely high. When I say I cried from the pain, it was the worst pain of my life, closely followed only by kidney stones! I hope it helps & am praying for you! Also, see if @courtneyrenaexo lives close to you & maybe you two can connect! ❤💗

mommylicious3 @krenee79 Hello Karen! My name is Karen too😊I had fibromyalgia for a while but it wasn't diagnosed, just got diagnosed last year after loosing my job of 13 years but thank God it was a awesome company with great benefits and I am still getting paid by them and have their medical insurance because Medicaid didn't cover none of my meds or treatment. I will be 40 on July 29 and even thou the outside looks awesome I feel like I have the body of a 90 year old. Before I used to get flare ups and with a couple of months rest I was fine but after my 3rd baby the flare ups started to last longer until they took over my life. I have 3 children and I can't do much with them, I am practically a prisoner in my own home. I will definitely look for this book and learn how to feel better. Thank You so much for your message of hope.... We can keep in touch and anyone else that needs someone to talk to can contact me here CurvaLicious.Sales@gmail.com I tried to read everyone's experience and is funny how similar all are. I also had a very high tolerance for pain but this is not pain, this is agony but thank you for reaching out.💐

leeleebangs
leeleebangs Does it say anything if you're allergic to aspirin? This has been my issue 😣
Jun 23Reply
krenee79
krenee79 @leeleebangs Actually, that is good, because the aspirin causes the guaifenesin to be ineffective!!

raveonatabu How can I find this book! I've had this for nearly 20 yrs..

raveonatabu
raveonatabu Wow!!!i see there are a couple of Karens here my name is KARYN tooo, I have gone thru 2 births, one reg. and one c section. I also have over came Breast cancer and I'm in the last part of the 5year window of being cancer free. I had a dble bi lateral mastectomy. I also suffer from the ongoing Fibro which I feel it's the traveling disease. One day my arms will feel like concrete w/ horrible nagging pain. Then perhaps another day...I'll be fine then my legs will start hurting!!i also have become used to being in pain constantly one thing or another. I see others cry about feeling yucky just with a cold r something and I say oh those body aches is what I feel all the time but intensely...I can tell the difference between my RA and fibro. It's a battle, I tend to overdo it when I'm kinda pain free, then of course I pay for it, for the next few days. It's hard not to want to do all this stuff when you feel normal.far n few those days are.

raveonatabu
raveonatabu It's me again, ..lol I also too agree don't even bother saying u have it because what I've learned is: that if you tell them then every issue u have is going to be fibro. A lot of drs. Latch on to that as our problem..you must be crazy, making it up or tooo bad nothing can be done. I went in for my back pain to some neuro .doctor she said to me on its just your fibro. Omg, I just wanted to yell at her. Cuz we all know the difference between the pain of fibro and other pain. Grrrr"!!!!anyways,my back is messed up which I knew..I have DDD. Sigh.. Finally I gave up bat telling them.but a good way is to document everything and take whatever you get frm your doctors paperwork. File in a binder I've done that now for about 5 yrs maybe more... But this helps you.And shoes the doctor as well. I toooo want to join any group there is. Please contact me: tinkimoon@gmail.com thanks for sharing this book~~~~ P

raveonatabu
raveonatabu So my back was so bad, the pain kept me in bed..till finally I found a good dr. Who put in a morphine pain pump in my back which has helped me get my life back. So I guess I'm saying keep going .change doctors if need be. I've had drs. Ask why so many dr. Changes I frankly told him, unless your goi g to actual listen to me..and treat my problems why would I continue to see a dr. Who did not believe me or help me feel better. BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE !!!!!!!AND DON'T STOP UNTIL UR HAPPY WITH UR DR. WHO HELPS YOU.

krenee79 @sbloom32908 You’re so very welcome! It’s made a huge difference in my life, and I hope it does for you, as well! I have also discovered a huge link in ensuring any form of abuse and autoimmune disorders such as this one. Cutting off contact from my abusive mother and getting toxic people such as an abusive ex out of my life have gone a long way in helping my body heal from the inside out. Best wishes for your healing!
