This darling confection is fashioned from a really lovely Woven Black Floral Lace (I detected a few Paisleys thrown into the mix as well). The waistband is really stretchy as evidenced from it being worn as a strapless top on Buffy, my dress form. Fully lined. It measures 18.5" in length. Hubba Hubba Hubba. Oh and while the waistband is super stretchy, I still believe this runs somewhat on the small side. Therefore, although marked as a Medium, I feel it'll suit a Small best.

sheelagoh This is the skirt you wanted @belarose I'm not sure about the size though. It measures 23" for waistline and 31" for the hips. That said, it "is" stretchy. Length comes to 18.5".

sheelagoh So this one @belarose51 I just remeasured. Waist is 28" unstretched, stretching adds another 4"-6". The hips are about 36". Let me know if it works? :)
