mommalaughing @kim3984 I will measure for you, but as a ballpark figure 6-7" - I have a tiny wrist that is probably about 6". I will measure and let you know for sure!

mommalaughing @kim3984 it wasn't easy for me to measure - I just used a soft measuring tape. But, the inside diameter seems to be 7", around the outside is 8".
