@kaitling1212 omg so sorry girl I just saw your comment! I didn't mean to ignore :( i am the exact same - only 5ft and a D cup. If you are petite the chest should be fine. It doesn't stretch, and usually I have an extremely hard time with fitted dresses because the top is too tight, but this works for me. I can't lie, it's a bit tight up there, but it's not like popping out and I kinda like it cause I don't have to wear a bra ;)
