sdd22 @adrienne6829 The black part is a rayon/spandex blend so it has a nice stretch to it. I'm sorry I don't have pics with it on because the dress is too small since I've gotten married, that's the only reason I'm selling it.

sdd22 @jeannine2468 Hi, the empire waist part is 30", the hip portion is around 38". This is a very stretchy dress, only worn once to a party. Sorry about the late response! :)
