davis2002 I will get that info for you as soon as I get home, I am at work right now :) They fit a little looser on me than normal 28s (true religion) usually do, though. I am about 5'6 and they hit me about 3-4 inches under my knee.

davis2002 Waist when laid flat is 16" across, hips are 19" across, and inseam is 20 :)

mollyrk 28 size usually measures 14" or 15" across at the waist.Idk ..but can u measure it along the waist line of the capris I mean while wearing it.16" will b little bit loose for me that's why I'm asking.TY

davis2002 @mollyrk -when they are on, they measure about 35" around waist...they are lower rise/ hip area.
