I purchased 2 Herve Leger dresses from her but got only one. One blue & one red.She has not corresponded with me about why I Havnt gotten my second dress. Instead she deleted the red dress from her listing & blocked me!! I have opened up a case with pay pal. Do not buy from her!! She will possibly rip u off!!!!!

@abeliangrape yes very serious! I dont know why she would send me one dress but not the other. Im very upset not to mention a bit pissed off that I trusted her to send me my items since I paid for them & then to delete the dress & block me. Obviously she knows she did wrong & doesn't want people reading what I have been writing to her. I'm not saying she won't send u the bikinis but I'd b wary of her. I've had others email making negative comments about her.

@swimmerk I asked her when she purchased the dress and she never responded to that either after I paid for them. In the blue dress I received there wasn't any care tag or hanging straps.

I've yet to purchase anything from her; but that might explain why she hasn't taken down some of her dresses which were obviously sold in a bundle and I remember corresponding with her and she agreed. Thanks for the heads up. I also saw the post and am surprised. PayPal is really good at getting cases won at least in my b/f's cases.

I think that as long as you didn't send the money "friends and family" you can file a claim with pp. sorry this happened! Ive always had a bad feeling about her.. I also was worried that her Herve dresses might be fake. You can get them off of eBay for around $60 ad they come with Herve tags.

@thismisslinzi Hi! Some people use PP because it gives the buyer a better price & the seller gets more. PP takes less than PM. PM takes 20% after the item is sold. PP isn't supported by PM because they don't get a cut so if u do an outside transaction then PM can't help. U really aren't supposed to do it either but u know everyone is trying to get a better deal. Thanks for your support!

I'm sorry @jinny ! I was pretty pissed to find out that the $110 'Herve' dress with no tags I bought is sold on ebay for $40 from China!! As I was trying to resell it on here, some girl called me out on trying to rip her off, when I was only trying to get my money back as the dress didn't fit me. She told me about Ebay and I was in shocked!!! I finally resold my dress and took a huge lost from it. I won't be doing anymore transactions with Lindsay and I hope you get your $$ back!

@jinny so sorry that happened to you. Idk why she is allowed on poshmark still. I bought an l space monokini from her that was supposed to be new and only worn in a modeling shoot.... But it arrived blood stained, gross and wrong size... Luckily poshmark credited me my money. Buyers beware with this person.

Isn't paying for items found on PM thru PP also stealing from this website owner? I'm not trying to condone this scammers actions, never. But I'm equally stunned by women on PM who think its acceptable to find items here then go somewhere else to pay for them. A woman owns this site, and is a working woman also.....in my opinion, PM would be justified in removing all scammers and that includes those who are scamming the owner of this site. The "crime" is no different.

She never sent the bag to me but provided a tracking # that went to a address that's not even in the same state that I live in. I wanted to know how easy it was to get your money back thru pal? So frustrated that there myself for believing this person. I should have known. Thx for your time.
