mrsrobertson @zoilav518 we did a trade and I have yet to receive my items. She and I have been emailing and she said she was sending my package tomorrow. The girls that said she was scamming got their tracking numbers yesterday and she said she sent @mexial05 dress today. She told me today she's been having some personal family issues. I'm trying to give here benefit of the doubt but if she doesn't ship my stuff tomorrow I'm marking her a scammer. It's been almost 3 weeks.

rachhdubya nope.. she said she shipped it yesterday and after I commented on everything she sent me a not so very nice email ahhaa. I asked for my tracking number today. but no answer. call the postal inspector tel:1-877-876-2455. I called the Monrovia Postal where her P.O box is and he said to talk to the postal inspector. Im waiting to do so if she does respond to my email...

lilyanardo I knew she is from AL. THIS WHOLE THING IS MESSED UP. I am more annoyed than angry. I think I am coming to terms that a) I'm never gonna get my dresses back and b) that I'm never going to get those vans I traded them for. I learned my lesson the hard way and I guess I'll call this a learning experience. She was so nice and polite at first, seemed to have pretty good feedback, even tried to warn some other girls about scammers ( who in turn checked out to be scammers) and even complimented me in my package and how pretty it was... SHE IS awful. :-(

mrsrobertson @bluromefashion I just emailed her mom letting her know that of we as a group pressed charges it would be a felony and as a mom I don't want to do that but that asking her mother for he help is our last option outside the legal system. I sent screen shots o the conversation we had agreeing to the trade and the fake tracking number she gave me. Also let her know that to date I knew of 11+ ladies that had also been scammed and told her what I traded for. And send pictures of the items. Also gave her the laundry list of excuses that we've received as to why she hasn't shipped.

mrsrobertson Ok ladies, I just heard back from her mom. She is heartbroken and helpless. He said she tried to explain the severity of us pressing charges to Emily and Emily just blew it off. She (Emily) has now threatened to press charges against all of us for harassment and defamation of character. She can't do either and her mother said she is just mad and throwing things around. The only way to get our stuff back at this point is to press charges. rysssssssa I talked to the united states postal invection services and what she id doing (usuing the postal service for "fraud" is a felony...which i told her over email but she just sent me back a smilie face....if we all file with the postal inspector they will definitely take care of it, small claims costs $$ this doesnt

I'm wondering (not accusing!) if she has a drug problem or something ... Often triggers theft & total disregard for anyone else. mrsrobertson Okay ladies, newest response from her mom is that she's trying everything to get her to ship and even offered to pay the shipping for Emily. rachhdubya I am not getting in the middle of this, it disgusts me. I never raised her to be like this. I have told her all about this and I am hoping to have some sort of list from her tomorrow with everything she owes people. I have explained to her the consequences she faces if she doesn't follow through. I do not condone in anyway what she is doing. I just hope she does the right thing. There is not much I can do at this point but pray she comes to her senses.

Newton of Monrovia PD... She said unfortunately we can't file joint charges because we're all in different states. Each case is an individual charge, in our own states. She said most police stations might not even take a report without us first giving her a chance to resolve this. She recommends that we give Emily at least 6-8 weeks to ship, then each send a certified letter to her and her dad at the Monrovia address stating that if items are not received, charges will be filed. Her dad is involved because an officer was sent to his home, and he said he would ship the packages. Sgt. Newton is going to speak to the officer that went to the home, to get Emily's dad's name for us, and get back to me next week!🚨🚓🚔👮

mrsrobertson I just got the best email from her mom!!! I threatened Emily with my lawyer and told her not to contact me again and have my lawyer her info invade any contact needed to be made. This was about 1.5 weeks ago. She brought my package to her mom today and her mom is going to try to ship Monday!! mrsrobertson @rachhdubya that you ate filing a group complaint for mail fraud with USPS investigations and this is her lazy chance to get out of charges individually and with USPS. That's what I did. @mexial05 hopefully she returns everything's items!!!! @zoilav518 I told her weeks ago I'd pay for it. bluromefashion I have been emailing Emily almost daily and keep getting numerous excuses for her .. The latest one was that her phone was stolen at the mall while she was trying on a pair of shoes and that is why she hadn't emailed me back lately lol. Comical, actually! I figured if I maybe bug her enough she will just send me the 2 shirts she owes me. I emailed her Mom again yesterday bc the first time I emailed her she did not reply. Her mom emailed me back this time and told me she was not involved in this and she did not want anything to do with it. I know she is not the one that did this but I would think she could put forth a little bit of effort and maybe look for the shirts or something . I don't know. Very frustrating though!
