5/$20 Sparkly toddler girl turtleneck 24 months

This is a pretty long sleeve turtleneck with lettuce hem. It's by The Children's Place and is size 18-24 months. There are stripes in fuchsia and a lighter pink. There are sparkly pink threads in the fuchsia stripes. It's in good condition but there are 2 longer threads on the inside of the turtleneck and one navy blue thread is visible in the back where the price tag is sewn on inside.
