Very cute! Super cozy & softly plush dark red/burgundy fuzzy sweater. No brand, may be homemade/vintage. Features elastic on the inside of the sleeve cuffs, bottom of sweater, and neckline so super stretchy! Can be worn off shoulder or not. Very 90s or y2k. No size tag. Will best fit XS. Bust: 16" flat pit to pit. Waist: 12" flat but stretches much greater. Length: 16".
