@cscott66 It's a polyester, rayon, spandex blend. Yes it is stretchy, very comfortable material. I have this one & one in black & white for myself. I love them very versatile! I wear mine with dressy blazers, jean jackets, or vests, when I need a coverup. Make me an offer? Thanks! 😃💗
