This belt paint is actually cracking, so it's pretty old, lol:) the dress however is brand new, and it's super cute! Also, it's 20% off today, great deal, u can snag it for 30.00:) let me know if you would like it! U can find a similar belt for 5-8.00 at forever 21 or kohls, that's where I am sure I bought it years ago:)
