bellacita @adayarungsee I wish I could! However, I'm not fitting into a size 0 anymore, which is why it's for sale.. However, if you look online at Express you should find it - it's got a super sexy fit and if you're a size 0, you'll love it!

bellacita @vegarrison the size around the top measures at 27". However, please keep in mind this skirt is high-waist, so it's not actually your waist size per say... Because when you put it on it comes above the belly button. Hope that helps!

bellacita @monicaque hmm.. Honestly I don't know if I ever was a true size 0, was definitely 2- but all designers are different as we all well know. Express in my opinion says size 0, but can also sometimes be more like a 2.. This skirt is has a zipper high waisted and has some stretch but I would refer to Express sizing charts to be sure.
