5/$25 Frilly blouse

White blouse, frilly sleeves, same around the waist. Super feminine. Brand new, never worn. Size L, (so it says), I'd say large medium, or small large just to be safe. I'm a large/xl and have biceps and was worried my bulk would tear the fabric-did not successfully try on.
