Size medium from the measurements taken - tag says petite, but I am definitely not petite at 5’8”- fits me like a mini skirt - not too short at all. Elastic waist- fits loose & swingy - A line style - flares out. Soft knit - 94% Rayon / 6% Spandex - so soft with a great pattern! Hits above the knee. Good preloved shape!
