Frank Moses is a former CIA black ops agent who was forced into retirement by the agency and now lives a quiet life in the suburbs. A lonely Frank creates opportunities to talk to Sarah Ross, a call center employee at the General Services Administration's pension office in Kansas City. Late one night a hit squad enters Frank's house and attempts to kill him. Frank kills the entire squad and drives to Sarah's house to protect her. Sarah refuses to leave with Frank and he is forced to kidnap her. Meanwhile, CIA agent William Cooper is tasked by his corrupt boss Cynthia to hunt down and kill Frank. Frank drives Sarah to Louisiana where he ties her up in a motel room while he visits his former mentor Joe to get his help identifying the squad. Frank learns that the same hit squad also murdered a newspaper reporter in New York. Sarah gets loose and calls 9-1-1, accidentally alerting Cooper to her location. An agent posing as a police officer tries to kidnap Sarah but Frank saves her. Cooper chases them in a car but they escape and Frank drives them to New York City to get information on the reporter who was killed. They find a clue that leads them to a list of names the reporter was investigating. Sarah looks up the names and finds that almost of them have recently died. Frank tries to call Joe but is told that Joe has been killed…. Case & Disc show minimal wear.
