Super chic!! This is a vintage purse/ clutch made by Bell Purses of California. The chain link strap folds inside to convert the purse into a clutch. It has barely been used & in great condition. The lining is clean & stamped with the Bell Purses monogram and the exterior of the purse has no stains or scuff marks. A lovely accessory that will always be stylish!
