warburjgI agree! People saying "Perfect Condition" is a loose tern being thrown around ad well. I was interested in a backpack and offered a reasonable price assuming we would negotiate back and forth. She messaged me saying it was priced as low as she could go, fair. But...then I noticed a pen stain the photo and asked if she could meet me a few dollars less because it was NOT in perfect condition even though she said it was to me and in previous comments. She got really defensive that I asked about the stain and blew up at me and then took the photo down that showed the stained inner pocket and someone else was interested in it and she continues to advertise it as in perfect condition. The nerve! It took all of me not to leave a warning message to the interested buyer that there was a flaw. If there's something wrong with it, just admit it.

kimmiedee@mkdeals123 here's my rule of thumb....if I quote a single item price to someone, I will honor that with most anyone, BUT unfortunately there are some people on here who I ink like to just mess with sellers.....I have never asked someone what their lowest price is....that's the first rule of negotiation, you don't divulge that info because people take advantage. Shoot people a price....they either like it or not....low balling is horribly rude, and I won't so that either. Yes, some ladies are VERY proud of the things that are listed on here, but that still doesn't give people the right to make rude comments, I, for one, am too old to be tolerating that kind of mess😜

cocoamyI've actually got to the point I will negotiate on their page about my item b/c if they take off on me fine its not on my listing. I have been negotiated with and walked out on so many times and then it hurts future sales. It's just rude and I don't understand it.

Grrr....I had a girl one time point out that a coach wallet I had listed was from the coach factory...#1 so? #2 I wasn't hiding anything & #3 I had it listed for like $20....she said that coach factory items were not the same as other coach items....I politely said thank you for your attention to detail and moved on....some people just want to start trouble, and if this listing deters them from my closet then it has more than served it's purpose in my opinion 😉

alyshazipsieWell as a buyer and a seller I see both sides. A lot of sellers think that negotiating is coming down from $20 to $19 which in my opinion isn't really a negotiation. Though, buyers sometimes think that if an item is $20 they should be able to get it for $5.

A lot if times I also round down a bundle price to make it an even number for people...so u try to be fair and accommodating😊. I had something listed once that was listed at $30 and someone offered me $5...I thought it was a typo, but it wasn't lol. Needless to say I turned that offer down 😜😳❤️

kimmiedee@mustanglady at this time of year, it seems that people are really looking for new withdraw items for Christmas gift giving so that may be why u are seeing ur sales decrease....also, when it gets closer to the holidays, sales can be slower as well....people are spending time with family and friends. My biggest suggestion is to make your listings as appealing as possible. Possibly look at some free apps to dress them up a bit. Also, you will notice that if you openly advertise that you trade, the. U will get more of those offers instead of sales. I don't have a problem with trading, it's just risky and I prefer not to do it myself

kristelynnI agree with this 1000%! I feel these questions are just disrespectful. I try to set my prices at the lowest, and feel that these types of customers are treacly looking to get something for nothing or next to nothing. The truth is, I am more than likely willing to reach a bundle agreement just by shooting me a price as opposed to "what is your bottom dollar.?" Everyone here in my opinion is trying to make a little extra cash and I just believe that out of respect you don't ask that questions. This is why I do not put my items in a yard sale...usually I expect that question at a yard sale.
