Never been worn open-toed Steve Madden pumps! I bought these at Nordstrom Rack and never ended up wearing them. Original price of shoes were $100. I got them for $50. Price tags are still on the bottom of the shoes. See 1st photo, right shoe has a scuff on the top part of the heel.
