I heard that painting on jeans (,if you are good and you are) purses and shoes is very trendy right now. Great thing to market. Buy vintage clutches at thrift store and paint on them and sell. The vintage handbags with painted flowers, more abstract are selling to the younger girls right now. and jeans at the bottom of the legs, less at the top, sort of a tattoo art is really big.
