cubarican1 @jenncongero they have an elastic waistband the measurements for a small are waist 22 relaxed rise 13 1/2 inseam 32 leg opening width 21 1/2. These are an XS but I won't be home to have those measurements available for a few days. The reviews on the website said they run large
