@karenkk77 It wasn't tight on me - it is actually a pretty forgiving cut. Laid flat, it measures 20" across about where the hips would be.

@frankiesmall I just checked and it has more give than I thought. At the bottom it measures 21" across laid flat and I can stretch it another 2-3" more than that.
