Hhmm let's see....#1: I am still a very shy person even at 44 so I make an effort to overcome this: I started teaching post grad courses a few years ago that forces me to speak in front of other healthcare professionals. Another avenue is joining posh and trying to become more social here and hopefully even in person🙈 #2) I am very loyal to my HS and college alma mater: I went to Philippine Science High School which is a special government program that only takes the top 240 elementary students out of the whole Philippines that's why hubby pick on me about being a nerd😉 ...and for my bachelor's in Physical Therapy, I went to the University of the Philippines. I don't think these are any interesting info🙈but it's not something I might have mentioned in my meet the seller/buyer listing.

melodicmistress Here goes nothing. I love to watch movies that make you cry like Titanic & The Notebook. Whenever they are on I watch at least a half hour of it. I'm really good at craft making however I dislike it😔. I know. Weird. All of my adolescent life up until about 22 or so I wanted to be a mortician ( okay this story is taking a turn for the worst) BUT then I got into Construction been in this industry for at least 14yrs now. I can really sing, writes songs, play instruments and my husband is a producer/recording Engineer. Figures 🎶🎶lol. This is great Anna. The world needs more people like you❤️

tinated This is such a great listing. I love reading about everyone's interests and idiosyncrasies. 1) I love music. I constantly have a song in my head. While I'm not a great singer, singing helps calm me (as I'm a very nervous person). I'm starting to notice that my younger daughter, Mirabelle, has the same connection to music. 2) Christmas music is my favorite genre of music. I'm really sad now that it's fading away for another year. I tell people that when I'm old (and it's okay to be crazy), I'll always have a live Christmas tree in my house (I'll replace it every month) with Christmas music constantly playing.

I too, wanted to be a psychologist / got married, had a baby too young, changed my whole life. Was a defense contractor for 30 years....all the way to VP. Got my business degree along the way. Went back to school in 2011 to get my MA in Org Psychology and ended up teaching one of my classes in Leadership. Didn't finish because my professor and mentor told me I was wasting my money!🙉. Now my husband and I are training with Armando Montelongo (HGTV-original "Flip this House") and we are real estate investors. Just bought my first really good purse from @sarahcanby and can't wait to get it! I'm not a girly girl and while I love shoes, purses have never been high on my list! I became a grandmother way too early (45) but wouldn't change it now! Have a totally dysfunctional family / please someone tell me I'm not alone in that!😜

deemd14 Hey gals, I'm Deanna! Y'all crack me up 😂 A few things about me....1) I've never been a super girly girl. My older sister takes that role, but now in my older (32) years I'm learning to embrace it, and fashion, and "girl" things a lot more. But I still hate pink lol!! 2) 12 years ago we lost my sisters boyfriend to leukemia, ever since I've worked with the LLS (leukemia and lymphoma society) as an individual funds earner and for 5 years straight I was in the top ten in the state of Michigan, 3 of those years I was THE TOP earner! I'm very proud of helping a great cause. I even grow my hair and every few years cut it ALL off to donate to make wigs for sick children. 3) Everyday I get up and go to a great job where I make prosthetic feet. Yes, I make fake feet. At the end of my day I help people walk again. It's super rewarding and gratifying knowing I'm helping make someone's life better! I'm a helper bee and its shy I'm LOVING this site and you ladies. This life were given is short, it's not worth living if you can't make someone else's better. Very happy to meet you all ☺💕😘

We have learned so much and contrary to what many people think about Armando, he is extremely smart and as a student of his, I have tremendous respect for him and the business he has built. People think he's cocky and that might be true but when you're part of his "pack", you are treated very well by everyone in his organization. We are very glad we chose him to help us start the next chapter of our lives! It's not an inexpensive venture but we have complete faith that we are using what we are learning for valuable long-term gain!

gordomom @mrinurse super cool!! How long have you been in radiology? I've loved imaging forever. So cool that you can see inside the body without having to make incisions!! I studied MRI as part of my biomechanics degree and even worked in Paul Lauterbur's lab at U of Illinois. poppy64 Oh my gosh I love this! Ummm, ok, I have always wanted to be an artist, I love to draw and paint but am always putting it on the back burner because I have absolutely no "natural" artistic talent so it really is something I have to work at, I love music too and can't sing either but I still do, lol. I married when I was 16 (& not because I was pregnant although I think everyone thought that I was) And even though I have pretty dresses which I love in My closet, I am a hippie at heart and on most days you will find me in altered graphic tees, or band tees from bands I love or concerts I've been to with distressed denim of some kind.

bbarnes362 @poppy64 awe😊 Kathy, you sure know how to make a girl smile. Hehe I did it for years. Rachel, myself, a girl named Brandi Butts, and Brandi's mom, Donna was our modeling coach. It was so much fun when I was younger. We were all best friends, and so were our moms, so it was like a constant vacation. When I hit puberty, I turned awkward looking, and decided to stop for a while, and just never really got back into it. I'm so proud of Rachel, though. She's living in NYC, and hosting on the red carpet now. She's even more beautiful on the inside, that's what makes her so beautiful. Well, my husband was married for 12 years before me. He's ten years older, and had 3 children with his ex. She is a horrible person, and abandoned them on our front doorstep, with no notice. queenmumm Ok, let's do this!!! 1) I'm a movie/acting geek starting in high school when I won best actress at state for playing Abigail Williams (the lying "whore") in The Crucible. I wanted to be a theatre major, but my dad told me I'd never get a job - even though I did get that "whore" award earlier. Who knows what I'd be up to now.. ;). After college, I became a certified cinephile - my brain a repository of movie quotes and trivia. My at-home vhs/dvd collection once held over 700 titles. (Thanks to Netflix I can finally have Posh space) I've hosted an Oscar party at my home every year since my oldest was born - March 3rd will be my 20th shindig. During the party I recite all the Oscar winning movies in order, from 1927's Wings to the newest winner, as fast as possible. Each year is a challenge to best my previous time. (And now you know why my dog is named Oscar...) 2) I once served as fill-in Duckmaster for the Memphis Peabody Ducks while working at the hotel in the 90s. This involved fetching the 5 ducks from their rooftop "Duckingham" palace, riding with them on the elevator and marching them across a red carpet to the lobby fountain. And yes, they are as cute as they look on YouTube. Not really sure if those ducks liked me, seeing as how I once played the "whore"...

poppy64 @a_david_68 ...I Admire people that teach and work with kids so much! I love love love kids, but I think it takes really special people to be able to relate and make a difference in a kids life the way that some teachers, coaches, youth ministers, etc do. & especially so for at risk kids. That's so awesome. I really like a wide variety of music, I'me a rock girl at heart, but I really like a lot of different music depending on my mood at the time really...my kids like rap so I've listened to a lot through the years though, the only rap artist that I actually own a cd of though is a Christian rap artist called Lecrae and I really like him a lot. AND I think you have fabulous taste in celebrity crushes! Lol.

meghanmary What a great idea, @mizfabulousity! I've enjoyed reading about everyone ☺️. Here's my stab at it: 1) I try to do something creative every day. I write professionally, which I love, but I also like to create ceramic pieces and mosaics in my spare time. In college I signed up for a life drawing class, thinking we'd be sketching apples in a bowl. Turns out our subjects were nude models. Needless to say, I didn't gift those drawings for Christmas. 2) I love the horror genre. Favorite real haunted place = New Orleans. Favorite not-actually-haunted event = Universal's Halloween Horror Nights (they have the original Psycho set!). Favorite horror movie = the original Halloween. I once met Tony Moran (Michael Myers) in Salem, MA (I'm from one town over) and have a signed photo of him in my apartment. Strange, I know 😜. I now see I lacked the grace and the ability to speak any asian language and my love of food was a hindrance to my pageant career 2) I found out I was pregnant at 21 weeks!!! My boyfriend said, "You're not pregnant, you're crazy" after 4 test and a baby. 3bugmama Thanks @reinadeltoro and @meghanmary ! This post is too much fun ! Have to get cozy and read through all the funnies ! Nothing too crazy about me . I'm Armenian and Hungarian and learned those languages before English as my grandparents took care of me on the daily while my parents worked . I majored in psychology and uc Davis and then opened up a private label boutique here in San Francisco with my sister . We traveled internationally and bought pieces from small designers to sell here ! After 4 years we closed down and now just sell locally ! I also got hired by the city of sf and sis juvenile correction in a locked facility and then an open residential sentencing facility for 3 years before i got pregnant with my twins ! I had amazing boy /girl twins in 2012 and then a little boy in 2013 and now I'm a full time SAHM with them ☺️ posh has helped feed my fashion desires and connect with some amazing ladies 💓

nlan123 1) I actually met my husband from the TWO jobs I worked while I was in college. But we never talked until he added me on FB one day. Ever since then we found our happy ever after, especially after we added our daughter to our little family! ☺️ 2) I really enjoy crafts. I've been working on a picture of Minnie Mouse for my daughter. I drew it free handed and have been painting it with toothpicks! It's very time consuming, but it's a really cool painting effect. 😊 @meghanmary thank you so much for tagging me. I went "Steady" with my husband at 14 & married him at 18. Been married to him for 42 yrs & we have 3 Sons, #3. Was a Contestant on the PRICE IS RIGHT. Was the biggest winner of the day & got to "Spin The Wheel" & was in the "Showcase Showdown." #4 Completed my Graduate Degree in Psychology & Counseling at the age of 40.

And Christina, I would love to see your home! I am sure it is a beauty. I actually took a couple interior design classes in college and loved it. And my husband too is a creative master mind! The guy blows me away sometimes. He works with teens and kids as a youth pastor but moonlights as a photographer, website designer, logo designer...you name it, he can do it! Okay, I'm kind of doing this on the fly but here it goes: 1.) I LOVE to sing, but I don't have the stomach to sing in public and didn't even sing in front of my husband until we had our daughter. Now, my daughter and I sing all day everyday about everything! And it brings me SO much joy! I never wanted to be a performer - I just wanted to sing! 😉 2.) My daughter is a miracle baby. My doctors told me with my health problems that I wasn't going to have a viable pregnancy. Right after I became pregnant, my disease went into remission out of no where! Half way through the pregnancy, they told me that she had a brain defect. And my girl was born completely healthy! My health problems got worse again after I had her. It's like God gave me a window to have this beautiful child. And it is nothing short of a miraculous gift!! 🙏 3.) I have an obsession with eating chili lime sunflower seeds. I know, gross! My husband gets mad because occasionally he will find a few sunflower seed shells in our bed 😷😳. 4.) I used to work as a researcher/investigator for a company that would help large corporations hire their C-level staff. And I can find out anything about anyone!😁 5.) If you met me in person you would think I am soft spoken and calm, and that's what most people think. But to my husband and family I am the craziest goof ball - always dancing like Elaine on Seinfeld and I'm ALWAYS making up these horrible raps and reciting them to my husband. Sometimes I make him laugh, and sometimes he tells me to shut up!! Don't you think the world needs a pasty, sick mom rapper? 😎👩😷 This was SO fun! munci @mizfabulousity Oh boy!! You asked for it!! Borned and raised in El Salvador. My Grandfather was a Five Star General and had to deal with US affairs. That is how I met my husband who was stationed in El Salvador as Special Forces. I transferred all my credits from the American University of ES and finished my studies at a Jesuit University here in the US. I used to come on vacation for a month or so to warm States so moving for good was a shock for me! Specially in the middle of Winter and to Ohio!!! I worked doing the marketing of a mall until I was Kidnapped. And why do I say this? because it is good for me to talk about it. It is public record and I did not do anything wrong! I am the 1% of women that make it out of it alive to tell the story. I truly believe that growing up in war all of my life in my native country exposed me to things most of the people do not experience and that is what saved my life! I left the mall and I worked for many years as an HR Manager/Director. I went to the ER when I was 40 Years Old and told the Doctor I had H-Pilori again ( you can reasearch it..you get it from bad water and so forth). Anyway I insisted and when came back with results he said I was right! My H-Pilori was positive but so my Pregnancy Test! He was smiling and alll I said was "You have to be shi...ng me? now my friends call my Daughter Pilori :) She is my life and I still work in HR but only PT. Love excercising, Rib eyes, Prime Rib (you get the best over here) and decorating. I love to paint and texturize walls...I travel to my native country about every six months. I am English-Spanish Bilingual but understand Italian and Portuguese...Nice to meet you! :)

riavianna @salenalu You're such a doll thank you for tagging me! I relate to you a lot. I don't know if I have 5 facts since I'm pretty boring but I'll give it a go.. Just like you I've always loved to sing but was always extremely shy and unsure of myself. I play guitar and write my own songs and would always just sing to myself for myself. When I was 18 some guy totally screwed me over but I still had strong feelings for him so I decided to be brave and post a song on my soundcloud called "anonymous". That was the first time my friends/family ever hear me sing. It's still up there.. Soundcloud.com/riavianna. When I was 13/14 I modeled for H&M. This was before they had a ton of US stores and only in major cities so my mom took me to NY and I got to see my pictures posted in their huge NY store. I am fluent in American Sign Language, I was going to school to be a translator but goals have been changed. I'm always quiet when I first meet people because I observe. Many people take it as bitchy or shy but I'm really not. I observe to find out the kind of person I am around and I am usually right about my observations. Hmm. That's all I can think of!! Almost got there.. 4 facts lol.

maya15 @salenalu A bit late but here it goes as promised...Born in Mexico in a little town with no running water (had to walk a cpl miles carrying buckets to get water), moved to the US at age 7 and after a looong process I finally took my oath of 🇺🇸citizenship 10 years ago🎉. Did acting school for 6 months but quit when i was asked to get rid of my accent which apparently comes out when i'm acting serious. I worked at the family restaurant from age 12 to 17, graduated high school and got my first real job in real estate (met my husband). Became an entrepreneur at 22, bought my mom a craft store (mini version of JoAnns), had to close it when I got pregnant with my first daughter as I stopped working all together to stay home and raise my girls. I have four sisters, all my family lives within 10 minutes from me. I love playing the piano, classical music, writing, playing tennis, running and i loooove to dance (hubby doesn't though😞) Being a stay at home mom has been one of the most challenging things I've had to do...finally getting used to it and enjoying it. Meeting new ppl and doing Poshmark has brought out a side of me I'd forgotten about and I am so thankful for it. Oh and most important...I LOVE GOD!!!!!!!

rmccouture Fun! 1. I worked as a roofer for one summer, putting up roofs on movie theaters, restaurants and gas stations (hardest job ever!) 2. I can weld (acetylene torch, not TIG or MIG), 3. I won second prize for the large mouth bass fishing competition up in Maine when I was 10. The fish was 28" & weighed in at over 15lbs!

Fresh out of college & just passed my board exam when I got an invitation from my old college professor to be a lecturer. 80% of my students were older than me! I taught Med-Surg & Psychiatric Nursing for 3 yrs until I moved to NY. 3. 4 yrs ago, I had the chance to work for the director of American Pie, The Twilight: New Moon & became friends with his wife.
