I have also attached the measurements in the description and I hope that helps. The elastic waist band helps it fit perfectly to your waist/shape

tintedb @lisadraper Hey doll, the waist measurement is not stretched out. The elastic will stretch to fit your size. I am 5"3 and the back does not drag down. I'd advise you use a measuring tape to see where the 28" length will hit on you but you should be fine.

tintedb @lisadraper ok doll and it is lined to mid thigh but the person who purchased the size small mentioned the lining didn't cover all her bum so I'll suggest wearing short black tights underneath if u run into the same issue. For me, I fitted the size small and the lining covered and was a few inches above my knee.
