onceuponathyme @jkdressler If you have a bod, this is one of the absolute best ones. The fabric is NOT jersey - it's a modal silk blend and it's luscious. Just the right amount of cling and drape. It's got two layers - a tight one underneath and the floaty one on top, but the bottom layer isn't binding - just smoothing. :-)

onceuponathyme @coolmelanie This is my favorite for shaping the body. The others are more FUN, and cover a multitude of sins, but this one drapes perfectly to smooth everything out and makes you look hot. So how can I not love that?

onceuponathyme @lululady Thanks ... this is actually one of my favorites as it's just so easy to wear. Too short for me to wear comfortably, but with tights my personal dress (in an 8!) is my go-to for many things. You can also wear the cowl off the shoulders, but I'm small busted, so like it this way. I have the tilly and the Athena coming up . . . The Phineus is up already ... I have the macrame (also jersey - very fun) I have a couple of fun jersey pieces with some beading at the neck or straps... I love the black echo tail coat - it's an easy date night piece. Oh! I have a couple of their one of a kind samples - I think in gray - that are fabulous. I have the Alyassi short dress . . . in a UK8 I believe. I have the Aurelius - which is a form fitting cotton in a grey plaid - similar hip "movement" as this dress... I have some sheer flowy dresses that I LOVE and kept in my size - the Roxanna, and it's counterpoint, the Thalia.... black and peachy. THose are a couple of my personal favorites in my own closet. I have the Laurette - but I think it's a 10. I have the Orion ORbit - I think a UK 8 - that's colorful and lovely. That's what comes to mind at the moment. :-)

onceuponathyme @lululady Lucky you! Yes, the Tilly in silk is actually the Athena. I had one in a UK 6 in my closet that just sold... I have a couple more in the box. I know a 10, and perhaps an 8. Gorgeous dress! No worries about the parachute dress. I won't put anything on hold for you until it hits my closet and you give me the thumbs up. :-) Enjoy your new dresses ... they're a kick!

onceuponathyme @918shopper This is pretty true to size. It's stretchy, soft, and very forgiving - all those drapes hide a multitude of bumps and lumps . . . hahahaha Mainly it just is shorter the more you "fill it out..." See the difference in length on me and on the first model . . . Partly because I'm tall, but also partly because my hips really ARE that big. So the fabric is spent sideways rather than in length. :-) This should fit a 4-8 US size pretty easily.

onceuponathyme @918shopper No, Tara. It's never been worn. It's been tried on several models, but ... and I didn't know this when I first started costuming ... black is almost impossible to use in film, TV, and even print work. It's so hard to photograph - it sucks in all the light, and if you light it properly the model is over-exposed. So even though I really love it I never had the chance to use it. This is one I thought about keeping for myself, but it's just too short for me. At the age I am right now. In fact, if you look above, you'll see in order to show you any detail at all I had to lighten the photos so much that I'm "blown out" (as the DP would say). :-) It's perfect, and may still have its tags.

onceuponathyme Hi, Deborah @debjo001 It's pretty impossible to measure flat, due to the draping. My bust is 36" and this is me... I'm wearing it with a 34C bra cup size. I actually may have it in a US 8 as well... But I can TRY to measure it - or try it on and try to get a range... what size are you trying to fit?
